Good Times & Nocturnal News is a nomadic newsprint art publication founded by artist Carl Palm in 2012, which has frequently collaborated with and been presented at the Brussels-based independent art collective and project space Komplot.
Issue #1 of the newsprint series was co-published by Carl Palm and Komplot in Brussels in 2012, with subsequent issues and related presentations hosted in its space.
